Singing is one of the main and favorite children’s activities, which has great potential for emotional, musical and cognitive development.
The process of singing helps the child not only acquire certain skills in the development of the voice, but also contributes to the formation of the personality as a whole, the ability to express oneself; the development of his musical taste; promotes health. In singing, the entire complex of musical abilities is successfully formed: emotional responsiveness to music, modal sense, musical-auditory perception, sense of rhythm. Singing fulfills the child’s musical needs.
Therefore, a vocal circle «Singing Gems» was created at the Youth Center, whose activities resonated with many residents of the city of Zhodino.
